01 Description
ProtectorLine® KORN are dual-layer corrugated pipes made of polymer compound with an external signal layer in red colour and a smooth inner layer that facilitates the process of pulling cable in the duct.
Can be supplied with a steel drawstring in the pipe for cable pulling.
Design
- Outer layer: marker
- Inner layer: smooth, flame-resistant (FV- 0 category)
* Pipes in other colour are available upon request.

Shipping length
Pipes are supplied in coils of 50 m, 100 m (for pipes up to 160 mm diameter), as well as in straight lengths of 5.7 m, 6 m*.
Each coil or section is equipped with 1 connecting coupler. Pipes with a diameter of 180 mm are supplied with a connecting heat-shrinkable sleeve.
* Upon request, pipes can be supplied in coils of agreed length.
Installation specifics
- Minimum installation temperature -15°С
- Connection via butt- or heat-shrinkable couplers
- Minimum bending radius at 20°C of ambient temperature is 8D
