Energotek is a developer and manufacturer of polymer systems for laying and protecting cable lines. Our solutions improve the reliability of power lines and the safety of maintenance personnel, and reduce operating costs.
02 Production
Energotek products are manufactured at the Russian plant in St. Petersburg. The company has a certified laboratory that conducts incoming quality control of raw materials and finished products.
To make the production process as efficient as possible, we have implemented the concept of automated production and the principles of economical resource use.
Plant Features:
- Gravimetric dosing system and metal detectors ensure accurate feeding of clean raw materials to the line
- The lines are equipped with ultrasonic thickness gauges and other devices that allow you to control and track the production process and product quality
- The company's quality management system complies with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001:2015)
04 Our brand
We manufacture specialized heat-resistant protective cable conduits under the ProtectorFlex® brand. We specialize in high-voltage cable lines.
The ProtectorFlex® brand was founded in 2012. We created the market for specialized cable conduits and remain its leader to this day.
The ProtectorFlex® polymer cable conduit production facility and head office are located in St. Petersburg.

Quality
During the production stage, products undergo several quality control checks.
The lines are equipped with a gravimetric dosing system, ultrasonic thickness gauges, and metal detectors. We control the quality of raw materials, inspect finished products in a certified laboratory, and test them on a test bench.
