Modifications

  • KhS – chemical resistance;
  • KhS+ – enhanced chemical resistance

Tray modification is determined by the aggressiveness of the environment, its chemical composition, and the required operating temperature*.

* Tray modification is chosen by Energotek technical specialists.

Key advantages

  1. Resistant to aggressive and chemically active environments (seawater, acids, alkalis, etc)
  2. Flame-retardant
  3. Not subject to residual deformation
  4. Climatic version and installation category according to GOST 15150-69: UHL1 (climatic category: cold/temperature), M1 (standard vibration and shock resistant)
  5. UV resistant
  6. Resistant to mold and mildew formation
  7. Dielectric properties: Specific volumetric electrical resistance of minimum 1011 Ohm•cm
  8. Do not require grounding
  9. High physical and mechanical properties: withstand up to 329 kg/m of bearing load
  10. Easy to install
  11. The modular design: the ability to create a route of any configuration using connecting and corner plates
  12. Do not require mechanical and anti-corrosion treatment during installation and operation
  13. Impact resistant with an energy of 20 J

Installation specifics

Straight cable tray sections are connected with the help of P150 or P240 GFRP plates.

GFRP swivel plates are used to arrange vertical and horizontal bends. The turning elements are assembled during installation of the cable route by pairwise connection of plates into a corner unit. This compensates for design inaccuracies and adjusts the angle on site.

T-shaped and X-shaped connecting units additionally require angular connecting plates and covers.

Covers for cable trays are fixed with SP or SN clamping brackets.

For fixing GFRP trays to metal ladders and reinforcement of building spans we recommend special Energotek KPL polymer fasteners.
