01 Description
ProtectorLine® BET manholes are composite reinforced concrete manholes consisting of two parts. The upper part has a circular opening with a diameter of 600 mm for forming a neck for a manhole cover. The lower part has a rectangular sump at the base for drainage. The end and side walls of the manhole have openings in which holes for pipe entry can be drilled.

- B manholes with a layer of bituminous waterproofing applied to their surface

Arranging bends, connections, and branches of cable pipe ducts
Intended for arranging bends, connections, and branches of cable pipe ducts, as well as for use as inspection devices and units for operational access to the equipment placed inside the manholes. Recommended for use in conditions of low groundwater level.

Installation specifics
- The manhole installation depth (from the top edge of the manhole to the ground surface) shall be minimum 250 mm in the pedestrian zone and minimum 330 mm in the roadway. The manhole cover is raised to the required height above the manhole slab surface using reinforced concrete support rings of KO-1; KO-1.5; KO-0.5 types, as well as segments.
