Energotek GFRP ladder-type trays

Polymer, flame retardant, UV-resistant
For for laying and mechanical protection
of cable lines and communication lines under conditions of UV exposure
01 Description
Energotek fiberglass-reinforced polymer cable trays are more reliable, lighter, and stronger than traditional galvanized and stainless steel trays.
Energotek cable trays are made of GFRP flame-retardant material.
Structure of GFRP material

Installation specifics
Straight cable tray sections are connected with the help of P150 or P240 GFRP plates.

Straight connection of cable trays
GFRP swivel plates are used to arrange vertical and horizontal bends. The turning elements are assembled during installation of the cable route by pairwise connection of plates into a corner unit. This compensates for design inaccuracies and adjusts the angle on site.

Arrangement of cable tray ascent/descent

Arrangement of cable tray turn
T-shaped and X-shaped connecting units additionally require angular connecting plates and covers.

Arrangement of a T-shaped branch
Covers for cable trays are fixed with SP or SN clamping brackets.
For fixing GFRP trays to metal ladders and reinforcement of building spans we recommend special Energotek KPL polymer fasteners.
