01 Description
ProtectorLine® KA adapters are ring-shaped adapters made of elastomer. Adapters have a groove for installation in the manhole wall, as well as an elastic cuff that provides compression for the pipe inserted into the manhole.

Operating temperature
- Long-term, for the entire service life: -60 to 60°С
Installation specifics
- Minimum installation temperature is 5°С. Installation below 5°С requires pre-heating
- Ring adapters are installed into pre-cut holes in the manhole wall
- Holes of the required diameter are cut into the manhole body using an adjustable circle cutter, an electric drill, or a cordless screwdriver
- Clean plastic shavings from the cut holes, then install the watertight entry adapter
- Holes in the manholes should preferably be cut on the surface, followed by installing the manhole in its designed position and inserting pipes to a depth of 50–100 mm into the manhole
